(Yarmouth) The Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod is hiring. The entertainment complex is looking to fill dozens of positions throughout the summer. Also, the drive-in is looking for local vendors and food trucks that can serve customers during upcoming attractions. The Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod is set to open Sunday, July 12 and will be in operation through Labor Day. The entertainment complex will show movies, live sports, concerts and comedy performances on three massive LED screens and a professional stage. The Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod will hire dozens of people to fill the roles of traffic coordinators and box office attendants, as well as cleaning crews. Pay begins at $15 per hour and no experience is necessary. Shifts are available any day of the week. The Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod is an equal opportunity employer. Vendors at the Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod will help provide food for hundreds of people a night. Food trucks will be brought in on a weekly basis and preference will be given to Yarmouth businesses. All vendors must adhere to proper health and safety codes and the Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod’s COVID-19 guidelines.
Featuring three massive high definition LED screens and a stage, the Yarmouth Drive-in on Cape Cod has been designed to seamlessly present first-run and legacy family movies, alongside live comedy and music and the return of major league sports including the Boston’s own Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. The state-of-the-art screens are more than 40-feet wide and can be viewed even during daylight hours. Operating on the site of the Old Yarmouth Drive-in the facility has a capacity of more than 450 cars, making it one of the largest entertainment experiences operating in New England during the Covid-19 pandemic.
