Fredericksburg, VA – March 19, 2018 – Celebrate Virginia After Hours announced that Tracy Lawrence and Joe Diffie will perform at the Marks and Harrison Amphitheater in Fredericksburg, VA on Saturday, August 11, 2018. Tickets go on-sale Friday, March 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM at celebratevirginiaafterhours.com. $15 Early Bird General Admission tickets are available for one week only.

By nearly every metric, Tracy Lawrence is a megawatt success story. Thirteen million albums sold. A collection of No. 1 singles. More than 40 singles on the Billboard country music charts, including “Find Out Who Your Friends Are” and “Time Marches On.” A slew of CMA and ACM awards. Even a Grammy nomination. At the end of 2017, Lawrence released Good Ole Days, an album that included his classic hits re-recorded with fellow country music stars Jason Aldean, Dustin Lynch, Tim McGraw and Luke Bryan. Lawrence also hosts a cherished syndicated country-music radio show called “Honky Tonkin’ With Tracy Lawrence,” which showcases country music from the ‘80s, ‘90s and early 2000s.

With the release of Jason Aldean’s hit “1994,” a song that name-checked many of Joe Diffie’s seven No. 1 hits, in 2013, the legendary singer found himself squarely back in the hearts and minds of country fans. With chart-toppers like “Pickup Man,” “Third Rock From the Sun,” and “John Deere Green,” and 12 albums and over 20 Top 10 singles to his credit, Diffie has little to prove at this point in his career, yet he still has a fire in his belly to make good country music. Following the release of “1994,” Diffie collaborated with Aaron Tippin and Sammy Kershaw on the album All in the Same Boat. He also worked with D Thrash of the Jawga Boyz on the single “Girl Riding Shotgun.”
