Molly Pinto Madigan has a voice like no other. Influenced by traditional American and European music, Molly’s work displays her passion for folk rock music through her songwriting. “The Ballad of Tam Lin”, is a modern twist on an old Scottish tale where a woman falls in love with a mortal man, captive to faeries, and her journey to save him. Each cast member will take on a character in order to truly bring the story to life.

Named “Artist of the Year” at Salem State University, Molly has received many awards following her music career. Her first debut as the lead singer for the teen Bluegrass band, quickly submerged her in the world of ballads as she was drawn to their music. Her original songs, including “Wildwood Bride” and “Know You Well”, echo traditional American and European Music.

Madigan has built an extensive portfolio for herself around Boston. Performing at various music venues like Club Passim, The Boston Celtic Music Festival, First Night Boston, Cantab Lounge, notloB Parlor Concerts, Campfire Festival, The Lizard Lounge, and The Bull Run, Molly is a well-known and sought after artist. Most recently, Molly was awarded first place for her album, “Wildwood Bride” in the Family Folk Chorale Songwriting Contest.
